"Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. "The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 20-day stay. The owners were very friendly and nice and helped in every way possible. The location couldn’t be better. All you may need to make your stay perfect is nearby or a few steps away: restaurants, supermarket, mall, city center. Will definitely come back! "
