"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"We came late due of delayed turkish airline flight but my family in Jakarta did inform the hotel teams and everything was great. Check in staff was a young and kind person. The security team too. Our apartment nice, big and clean. We are traveling with an 1 year old baby and it was great they have a kitchen and also a washing machine (but we didn't use it). The bath rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good too. The staff at breakfast were friendly, great and kind too. Would definitely stay...

"The accommodation is beautiful, with top end facilities and decor. But it's difficult to find - the entrance is really hidden and not obvious. Infuriatingly, they ask for a deposit in cash on arrival, which is ridiculous when the room has already been paid for in full online in advance - you should have taken the deposit at the same time! I had no Indonesian cash left and refused to go to a cash machine to take out cash that I would be given back when checking out and then I wouldn't need it...

"I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . "Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again"
