"Beautiful condo! We had a great time and loved it was in walking distance to downtown! "

"This is an amazing place to stay. The hosts have paid incredible attention to detail, having everything you could ever need and more for everyone. We were traveling with adults and children ages 1-12. There were plenty of supplies, the home was incredibly spotless, and there was so much to do in and out. The lake in the backyard was beautiful and easily enjoyed with the kayaks and other water equipment available. The game room in the basement was the perfect place for the kids to get up and play...

"Enjoyed our end of August stay in this well kept, spacious property. Appreciated the flexibility to bring our Labrador along. We hiked on a number of the nearby developed trails, and enjoyed dinners at several restaurants with 30 minutes or so. (caution - note that numerous restaurants are closed Mondays and/or Tuesdays, and reservations are important)"

"The perfect location to get away from it all: cozy, quiet, peaceful. Quintessential Northwoods experience!"

"We loved the cute little CLEAR lake and that everyone on the lake gets around on paddle boats. Very very clean and tidy and organized place.If I wanted perfection, I would have full walls for a more quiet bedroom and my back is super fussy so different mattresses. Everything else was super."

"The cabin was exactly as pictured. Clean, ready to go. As a heads up, you do share the stairs down to the docks with the twin cabin that is next to you. Not a big deal for us at all. We were able to pull our boat up to the dock (launch is on Gunlock lake and you have a little, shallow, channel you'll need to go through to get to Shishebogama), which was super nice.."

"Small cozy cute clean cottage. We loved the area but forgot how intimidating during night, the dark winding curvy roads could be. But that is also the charm of UpNorth. The host was very responsive and helpful. "

"Check in & out was very simple. Inside of cabin very clean & kept nice. Outside could have been better kept, including the yard and lake access/beach area. The lake was disappointing; only offers bullheads, turtles, frogs, & leeches. It was very peaceful with beautiful weather. "

"Our first night was great the win picked up Friday and an old cottonwood fell on the owners pontoon motor. The neighbor came over and helped me clean up the driveway, incredible people do exist. Host answered my call prompqnd apologized. Mother nature always wins, thank god everyone was safe. 5* hospitality. Woukd recommended this place to anyone! "

"It was a great weekend for the tomahawk fall ride. This cabin on on Lake Nokomis was a great reprieve from riding Harley’s all day long. I would highly recommend staying there again for next year."
