"I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing. "Lovely clean rooms and easy check in/out. We got the conjoined rooms we requested on booking without any issue. I hadn’t realised there’s a daily charge for the car park, but it’s capped so not too expensive. Note there are no plug sockets on the side of the room by the beds, so unless you have a really long charging cable, you won’t be able to reach your phone! It was unfortunate the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during our stay and communication from hotel staff at the time...
