"A localização é fenomenal. A equipe vc só vê no check-in e no check-out, porque ficam num mezanino e não ao térreo. O quarto é grande e bem equipado. Agora vamos falar das ESCADAS!! Imagina: malas médias ou grandes...da rua para entrar no prédio, tem um lance de uns 6 degraus, depois dentro do prédio, acredite...são mais 2 lances iguais!! Aí sim vc chega ao elevador. Depois é a saga das PORTAS!! É um tal de porta atrás de porta que sinceramente não conseguimos entender..."

"Gostei do hotel, o quarto era um apt. com sala, coz, quarto e banho, espaçoso e razoavelmente mobiliado. Recepção simpática e eficiente e localização muito boa. Perto da BBC Escócia , onde assistimos um concerto, e de um mercado com bons restaurantes. Voltaria, sem dúvida."

"Lovely quiet stay in the country. Iona is a very welcoming host and the Kist is very comfortable. Highly recommended. "

"The house is so much bigger in real life, the pictures don’t do the place justice. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was great and pool was fantastic. Thanks for allowing us to rent."

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to...

"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Nice residence and a comfortable bed but the wifi password didn’t work and they did nothing to help fix it. I had no wifi my whole stay. The bathroom taps are also so loose...they need to be tightened."

"Good amenities - the wifi worked, the shower had good temperature & pressure, the beds were comfortable. The town is lovely - right out the back of the building, you can walk to Linlithgow Palace by taking the trail around the little lake. There are restaurants & cafes close by. "

"All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. "O quarto era simples, mas com tudo que necessitamos. Escova de cabelo, cabides para pendurar casacos, mesa e cadeira. O banheiro era bom, e a água quente tinha uma ótima pressão. O café da manhã era ótimo e padrão da rede com frutas, iogurtes, geleias pães, croissant, sucos, cafés e chás. Só senti falta de ter ovos mexidos (seria perfeito). "

"O CitizenM não tem erro, é um hotel excelente. O único ponto de atenção é para o tamanho do quarto, que realmente é muito pequeno. Mas isso é superado pelo ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, tecnologia aplicada em tudo, qualidade do café da manhã, decoração, entre outros."

"Bed was comfortable. Nice shared areas. 2 stations from the Center or a 20 min walk.. Great overall, but as mentioned in other reviews cleaning could be a bit better.. Only thing that I didn’t like is that they blocked my room before check out time - 15 minutes before, so I was actually going to pick up my luggage and leave, and had to go down to reception…talk to receptionist… and then go back to room and finally be able to take my stuff "

Atendeu bem minhas expectativas

"Minha estadia atendeu as expectativas. O hotel é padrão Ibis Budget, então tudo certo. Na recepção tem uma máquina de café e chá que são gratuitos. Tem uma estação do TRAM (vlt) próximo e demora cerca de 25 a 30 minutos até o centro histórico. Hospedagem na cidade não é barata, então foi uma escolha pensada, não fica muito central, mas tem boa ligação. Tem um centrinho comercial duas estações de VLT antes com mercado e até a TKMAX (TJ max americana). Recomendo comprar o passe diário que dá direito a andar de maneira ilimitada no VLT, custou 5 libras. "
