"The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - pot holed car park, paint pealing off the function rooms. Inside is better and our room was perfectly fine - though the bed had seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable nights sleep. Staff are great - very friendly and helpful. "

"Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room. "This was my 1st time at pearl an I thought it was really welcoming the staff was real nice an helpfull the caravan was really good size loads room so quite on a nite . The swimming was good cold but good entertainment was good loved the music n won on the bingo. Only down fall was Thier was no big sweeping brush or hoover to clean an with me having bad legs it was hard to sweep the floors with the little hand brush an shovel other then that we enjoyed our stay will come back again 😀"
