"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. "The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them.
