"This was our second time staying at this house and was great! The house was extremely clean and all toiletries/supplies were provided. We were even welcomed with a basket filled with little snacks! Looking forward to coming back! "

"This property was clean, nicely decorated & kitchen well appointed (except for the NON Microwave safe coffee mugs). A reheated cup of coffee caused 2nd & 3rd degree burns when removed from the microwave. After the fact, we noted the mugs were stamped on the bottom in tiny print, "not microwave safe". Ammr made sure to point that out after checkout.The yard was set up nicely & we were able to enjoy the games in the garage using the heater after changing the battery in the thermostat. "Clean, matched description, ton of space and a fenced in back yard for our dog. Perfect spot close to what we needed. Owners were attentive, friendly and super accommodating. "

"…for me. Clean, cozy, close to everything, quiet and well appointed. This was my second stay and I will continue to return for my family holiday visits. Comfy bed with great pillow’s! "

"We appreciated the clearing off of the snow that fell while we were there, as well as putting salt on the driveway and steps. The one problem we had was on arrival we couldn't figure out how to find the keypad to type in the password for entrance. Otherwise we had a very nice time there."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Sunset on the Lake! The home was extremely clean and provided every necessity that you could ever need! The bed and furnishings were extremely comfortable and by far the best I’ve experienced in a rental property. The lake was right out the back door and we spent a lot of time on the dock while the kids were always in the lake and provided paddle board. The home was also in close proximity to Crown Point, but the town of Cedar Lake offered everything...

"We had a great visit at this cozy place by the lake. It was very clean, communication was great, well located for us, and even has games including a Ms. Pacman! Thank you so much for having us. "

"We traveled to visit my kiddo who is a student at Olivet. This trip was by far the best! Normally we are cramped up in a hotel eating out at every meal except for the free 'mid' breakfast, scrolling thru their cable channels trying to figure out what to do or what to watch while sitting in bed. All the while listening to the neighbors upstairs walk on their heels and the cleaning people slam the vacuum into the door. Never again! This cute little house was absolutely perfect for us! Very clean...

"My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait...

"In town for our granddaughter’s first birthday party. There were several out of towners staying with our daughter and son-in-law for the party, so we booked a space at the Hruby Doobie Ranch. We knew it with be cool from the photos on the VRBO site, but the pictures did not do it justice! The ranch was a wonderful, peaceful, cozy, unique space! We are so grateful to the Hrubys for sharing their space! Would definitely recommend 10/10! "

"Home was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a 2-night stay to visit my son at Olivet Nazarene University. it was within a 5 min drive to his apartment on campus. Centrally located. Will keep this on our list of places to stay again next time we're in town! "
