"Almost everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, the water pressure was good. We were on the 8th floor. Wi-Fi was weak. During the morning hot water was sometimes lacking during what we figured was peak usage. 24 hour security guards was nice. Definitely will stay here again."

"This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown. The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm."
