"be careful booking in expedia because they don’t honor the payment made in expedia. someone from california is gong to call you to make a payment in 3rd party app. what is the point of allowing payment in expedia when you won’t honor it. on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. "

"We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. "So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. "
