"Khalid was a lovely host, he was available to answer any questions we had right up until the end of our stay. He also made sure to keep in touch to make sure that we had a smooth check in & that everything was in place in case we needed anything. The place was beautiful, clean & nicely kept; exactly like the pictures. It was a peaceful & lovely stay, will book again. "

"Very clean and well labeled and marked. The owner communicated appropriately leading up to the rental date. The kitchen had the basics and bathrooms were stocked. There are plenty of bathrooms. "

"property was beautiful for our family gathering but house had rules posted everywhere which seemed unnecessary, to the point we felt as if anything we did could result in a lawsuit"

"We had 8 adults stay here travelling from different parts of the country. Great location with a shopping center nearby as well as a walmart. Loved having a bathroom in every room, only note is providing more toilet paper with that many people staying and possibly a couple more towels. Easy checkout. "

"We go away yearly a large group of ladies (11 this time) our NEED and must have is a big enough table for us all to sit at to play our cards, dice and any other game we choose, this had that. Property management was there for any beck and call which is always great, very prompt with a response which was greatly appreciated. Clean property, didn't really get to enjoy the outdoors as it was raining whole time there, close to town if you need anything which is nice. Lots of room for everyone,...

"key code for apartment (in basement) not given until phone call made. No indication on entering house as to where my room was (blackboard had wrong name), bare light bulb as overhead light, curtain on window did not block light, bathroom sink very small and soap dispenser did not work."

"The property was as advertised by the property owner. Very accomidating and helpful when questions were asked. As discussed with the owner, in my opinion this is a spot is top notch for visiting families/groups in visiting from out of town looking to enjoy the local attractions and checking out restaurants nearby, perhaps also someone who is traveling to the Greater Toronto Area for a business trip and needs to stay somewhere. The area is quiet, calm, and feels very suited to a relaxing vibe...

Experiência regular para idosos.

"No check in, meus pais sao idosos e eles pediram que se podia entrar mais cedo, visto que o check in é as 15:00, mas mesmo as 13:00 queriam cobrar um absurdo . Agumas camareiras, se não pedissem para trocar roupa de cama etc, não os faziam, mesmo dando gorjeta boa e outras pegavam a gorjeta e não limpavam o quarto. Pelo menos no check out compreenderam que meus pais são idosos. Os meus pais disseram que o quarto era adequado. Café da manhã não tem vegetais, como antes existia. Mas no geral, eles gostaram da experiência."

"In the hotels.com or Novotel website there is no information that support pets are allowed only in the standard room. I booked an executive room, and they put me in the standard. The manager was rude , standard answers instead of trying to solve. I paid executive… stay was in standard"
