The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. "I had a loft apartment and it was very roomy for one person. It sleeps three. Communication was good, apartment was clean and I had a good rest."

"Great place, really difficult to get in touch with the staff to ask about the free breakfast offering. Great place to stay at offseason, few neighbours and calm environment. There is a fridge where you can store your own food because there is no place to buy any at the kastellet-island. You can not cook anything so only bring ready to eat food."

"Kiva vanha hotelli hienolla paikalla, mutta hotellihuoneet kaipaavat remonttia. Huone oli todella saapuessani hotelliin, koska lämpöpatteri oli kiinni. Käänsin patteriin lämmöt päälle ja huone oli aamulla sopivan lämpöinen. Parvekkeen ovi falskaa niin paljon, että pakkasella huone on varmasti vetoinen ja kylmä. Ravintolasta on upeat näkymät!"
