"I enjoyed this property, it is lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like the fact we did not have a window that opened. For some people this would not be a problem but for me it causes anxiety. We did have AC which we were able to use to cold the room. The staff tried very hard to help me with this situation. It was a lovely stay!"

"Kitchen was well equipped but missing a non metal stirring device like a spatula which has resulted in the non-stick pans being all scratched up. Otherwise it was obviously well decorated and cared for. Great location everything was within an easy walk."

"June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time. There is a cute town Port Colborne close by with...

"Comfortable , clean and peaceful home in a great location. Kitchen well equipped (appreciated the supply of coffee) and plenty of towels. Comfy beds and seating area. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to theatres, downtown area and lakefront. The youngest of us enjoyed the DVD player and choice of movies and Netflix. Good communication with owner. Hope to return some day! "My sisters and I loved the place and loved the location. 10 minutes to the town and 10 minutes to shopping and many wineries along the way. The host was terrific. When we had a little trouble with getting in to the house he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Three bedrooms, two big bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. The house was very clean and welcoming. Will come back and stay again. "

"What a lovely home, the place is in a perfect location within 15 minutes walk to the falls, the WE-GO bus stop is just across the street. Mark, our host was so nice, he provided suggestions of places to see and we were very thankful for the breakfast food he left us for our first day. I will recommend this place to all our family and friends that plan a future visit to the Falls."

"My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. "
