"Our check in was good, front desk clerk was very nice but as we were going to bed another family unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully we had the security bolt in place but it was unsettling and disruptive! Someone had given our room to another family! In these days of so many security checks in place, this should not have happened! I expected better from a national company like Holiday Inn! We paid $200 to be unsafe in our room! "Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby."
