"The house was very clean and the host was super responsive. I gave it a 4 star overall because there was a lot of stuff going on with the electrical. When we would have lights on they would flicker uncontrollably and the fan would start to turn off and on. Not a huge issue, just kinda strange. Other than that the stay was great! "

"I love the size of the house perfect for what we needed. I wish there would’ve been a full kitchen. It would’ve made things a lot easier. Overall, I love the place friendly the store right in front clean and quiet."

"A wonderful family vacation! Sunset Ranch is excellent for a family get away! Beautiful and peaceful. Most definitely will be returning with my family!"

"The property is beautiful. Located on a peaceful ranch, with horses, donkeys and cows. The sunsets were amazing. The pool is huge and perfect for hot days. The house is large and clean. The kitchen is perfect for large gatherings and very well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling dinner. Things to consider, this property is set up as a wedding venue. As such, it is beautifully decorated. We had to make sure to keep the kids out of the dinning...

"THE NEIGHBOR WAS AN ASS AT 430 AM...I TOOK MY DOGS ONE WAS POOPING AT 430AM BEHIND THE HORSE SHOE CLOSE TO THE FISHING HOLE PROPERTY LINE...I HAD A BAG TO PICK UP HE CAME OUT RUDE AS COULD BE...I TOLD HIM SIR I AM SORRY BUT I HAVE A BAG TO PICK IT UP I GUESS HE HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO AT 430AM"

"We loved the bubble! Romantic and fun at the same time. Yes it was hot in the daytime, which is expected in the summer, but it couldn’t have been more perfect at night and in the morning. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Nearby wineries are also incredible. "

"Great property with nice amenities. Kitchen was excellent. Nice to have laundry as well. We LOVED the resident kittens and cattle. So much fun!"

"We were in town for my oldest sons wedding and found this amazing property to enjoy our stay! The cabins were absolutely adorable. Comfy beds and all the amenities. The hot tub and for home was so much fun. Beautiful view to enjoy coffee in the morning! Great place. We will be back. "

"My men’s group was looking for a place we could go that we felt we would be relaxed and have room to have Bible study and feel comfortable and wow did we find it. Lives were changed and God was definitely present there. We would definitely stay here again."

"We came from all over for our annual family reunion. The house was very spread out and very adaptable to 5 families of all ages, from 1 to 72. We had a beautiful time just enjoying each other. It was a wonderful stay and we are very grateful!"

"The house was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We loved the decor and accomodations. We were warned that the lake level was really low this time of year which was a bummer because I am sure that it would have added to the experience. Aside from a surprising septic issue, we enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived after dark and it was rather difficult to find out where the cabin was. Once we found the “office” we were pointed in the right direction of where to find the cabin. Once settled my wife went to freshen up and wash her face. The entire cabin reeked from the smell of the water. There were mouse droppings in the sink as well."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The water on the lake was down, but the host messaged me right away after booking to let me know just in case I wanted to cancel. We went anyway and I'm so glad we did. The property was very nice and we had plenty of room for our group. the home was very clean and comfortable, too. We live close to Fort Worth and just wanted someplace not too far since it was only for two nights. I would definitely consider staying here again."
