"The room was very clean, but minus a hairdryer. BUT, the hall carpeting is filthy and stained. Maybe that is the next phase of renovating? Breakfast was so-so. The typical free hotel breakfast."

"This property is even nicer than the photos! It's newly renovated, clean and well appointed. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. It's only a block away from downtown and walking distance to the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I used to be from Midland and needed to travel back. There’s so much to do in this city and the location of this home is in a nice quiet neighborhood but centrally located to everything. All of the beds were comfortable and the screened in porch and backyard were great too. "

"Clean (exceptionally pristine!) , cute & cozy cabin with sunset views over the river/"lake." Well stocked kitchen. The bed/bedding was the best part! Soft & snuggly sheets and the pillows & mattress were perfectly plump and probably the best I have ever slept on! I am so picky about the quality of beds when renting, but this place was top tier! I would book again and definitely recommend to others. "
