"Our hosts greeted us when we arrived and had a lovely gift basket for us. They explained everything we needed to know about the boat and the marina, so we felt welcome and comfortable. Our stay on the houseboat exceeded our expectations, in part because the hosts were so gracious. My granddaughters are already planning to come back and stay on this houseboat again! "

"Overall was a great stay. It only has a window air-coditioner downstairs so the upstairs was hot. Our nights were cooler so it was bearable though. Would book again!"

"This is a nice cozy cabin that feels like it's in the deep woods while still being easy to access. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean as well. There is a great fire pit sitting in the shade of the tall trees surrounding the property. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying here. We went to Dave's falls, which is a beautiful park recommended to us by the host. It's a short drive from the cabin. Bring a swimsuit if you go."

"Very nice property with a great view of the lake from the living room. Host was very easy to communicate with, and it was clear the host wanted us to enjoy our visit"

"Had rain but much better than I anticipated. Great cabin and great location. No cell service was my favorite part. Prepare to be impressed if you get to stay here. We will be back for sure."

"It is a beautiful place but one of the sofas was broke could not use all week. We used the ac the first night and then the rest of the week it was broke. We was confused about the day we was to leave i thought i got it untill the 27th and she said we had to be out on the 27th we were like ok sorry for the confusion and we even though 8 hours away we hurried up and get everything packed and in car headed home they camr at 12 i guess ti clean and didnt say anything to us and then came agian at 4...

"Overall we had a good experience at our stay even though it rained about a third of the time. Scenic, private and quiet. Meghan was good at communicating with us if we had questions. We would definitely recommend to others. "

"The property and house were both beautiful, and super clean. Fishing on the river was a highlight. The host was super friendly and helpful responding quickly to questions we had!"

"My son and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home right on the Menominee during our visit to the Michigan UP. The host was responsive to our questions and the check-in went VERY smoothly, Property is whisper quiet after dark and we enjoyed listening to a nearby owl one evening."

"A Perfectly Relaxing Getaway Our stay at this VRBO was incredibly relaxing, a true escape! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is absolutely the place. We really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and had a wonderful, quiet stay.Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the lake, we still managed to get in the water, and our 6 and 8-year-olds had a blast. "Went up for a funeral and it was the perfect place to stay however we had 6 adults ranging in ages from 60’s to 93 and when we arrived we found that the “3rd bedroom “ was in the cold, damp unfinished basement. Had we known this before we probably would have stayed somewhere else. Perfect place but needs to be advertised as 2 bedroom."

"Wonderful view of Lake Michigan. Process was simple and host were very responsive. "

"The most beautiful house in a private location surrounded by trees and water. Who could ask for more. The configuration of the house was perfect for our family with 10 adults and 2 kids. 8 bedrooms with 7 1/2 baths and 6 of those bedrooms with king beds. Absolutely amazing. And very well stocked. We had an awesome 5 days there. Thank you so much!!"
