"We stayed here with our kids as well as our friends and their kids. It was the perfect “home base” for our trip. The cabin was beautiful. It had every amenity we needed. The kids loved the pool table and video game. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking. We made s’mores around the fire in the fire pit outside and did some serious star gazing at night with incredible dark sky views! "This was our third time here. It's a lovely cabin but the hot tub was not hot enough. The string lights outside were not functional. I inquired the first day and they said they would send someone to fix them the next day. They did not which was disappointing."

Also the neighbors Doberman ran infront of our car on the street and wouldn’t let us proceed on the route.. it was territorial and barking and the neighbor on the porch didn’t seem to care about getting the dog from blocking us. "We loved it! Nice area to walk & explore, convenient to lakes, trails, and sports for that. Saw some historic arches & covered bridges. This was a ‘scouting’ trip for a longer one later. Will definitely come again with the ATV, and maybe get to Louisville too!"
