"We loved the location of this unit. Very close to some of our favorite spots (Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Bridge street)! I did have a "moment" with the elevator where it was stuck between floors. Once it finally opened, we never rode it again. And the unit was not very cool, the cooler/dehumidifier put off more heat than it actually cooled the room. Since the weather was cool, it wasnt a big deal for us to just use the fans provided. "We loved our stay at Shore Thing. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were a huge hit. Having the tv down there was an added bonus for watching football! The short walk to the beach was easy. "My husband and I went for a quick 4- day getaway and this was a perfect spot. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and easy. It has an extremely casual vibe! It’s a very short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful. There is a lot of construction going on in the other villas and all the walkways and pool which we were not aware of until we arrived. When everything is completed it will be beautiful. I recommend it but would ask about construction before I booked. "

"It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. "
