"My family and I spent a couple of days in this location. The house is big and modern with great amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. Mr. Mario was an excellent host. Always attentive to our needs and gave excellent recommendations on cigar lounges. We will come back."

"The property was quite rundown. The pool was nice, but a cover over the filter at the bottom of the pool was missing, causing my toes to be stripped. The mattress needs to be replaced. There is no door between the second floor room and bottom floor. Nothing is walking distance. a bottom pool. T"

"Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!"

"This property could not have been more perfect for us! We loved it from the moment we drove through the gates and parked. Right away, you are facing the house, the pool and the Pacific Ocean -- all just steps away! We were immediately caught up in that beautiful view! The house was extremely clean and was 100% ready for our arrival. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Freddy and Jayme, who are the most WONDERFUL caretakers of the property. "Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "We had a nice experience staying here. We chose this location as it was centrally located for all family members to drop by and visit with us. The area was nice and well maintained. I was surprised to find that my childhood preschool was located across the street from the house. It was a pleasant memory to relive. I recommend this location for families. 👍👍"

"We stayed 4 nights! We loved that the house had lots of windows, helps to get some air and alliaviate Managua's hot weather. The house was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing I can say it's that the kitchen needs to be better equipped but the host responds really fast to guest request, we needed a blender and in less than 10 minutes Carmen was there with a brand new blender !!!😊. She's awesome!! Definitely will be staying there for future stays in Managua."

"Words can't describe the beauty of this place. The location is one of a kind setting on the shores of quator lake. From this location you can go to many other areas of interest in Nicaragua. The security staff here was friendly and very attentive. They did our laundry, Vegeta scrub, and clean her car and went and got us gas we couldn't be happier."

Local calmo e tranquilo.

"Muito tranquilo o local, a equipe é muito atenciosa e a estadia inclui o jantar além do café da manhã. Único ponto é que eles não arrumaram o quarto, acho que você precisa pedir. Mas como fiquei apenas 2 noites estava tudo bem. Eu recomendaria."
