"Surkhet is an undevelop area but the hotel is too good. Staff was so cooperative specially the receptionist . They always ready to help others. Good was always good"

"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "I had a wonderful experience at Nature Safari Resort. I wanted to spend a few days out in nature while in Nepal, and Bardia sounded great but I didn’t know how it was going to work out. I called Nature Safari and Madhu picked up immediately and said he would pick me up from the airport at Nepalganj. He was waiting right there for me when I got off the plane and personally made sure I had a great and easy time in Bardia all the way until dropping me back off IN the airport.
