"Nós hospedamos por 19 dias na casa de Massimo , que foi um ótimo anfitrião. Casa confortável , com uma vista lunda da montanha. Encontramos todos os itens necessários para nossa estadia. Caminho um pouco difícil para chegar a casa no ultimo trecho ( pequeno trecho). Como sugestão : trocar o sofa e uma TV maior ."

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"Bis auf den sehr steilen anfahrtsweg (nicht wirklich für van‘s geeignet) war es ein schöner Ort um mal wirklich Ruhe zu finden, die Kommunikation mit patrizia war tadellos, die Nachbarn extrem nett und in allen Belangen die besten Nachbarn, solche Menschen wünscht man sich in Deutschland auch mal."

"We spent two wonderful weeks in Tuscany. Nothing is missing in the lovingly renovated house. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Even when we got stuck with the car she had a solution. Thank you. We had a good rest even though the weather was rather changeable in the second half of the holiday. We can highly recommend the accommodation"

"Flaviano and his family were the perfect hosts. We spent 2 weeks celebrating my birthday with friends and family at their beautiful villa in the friendly village of Pieve Fosciana. Flaviano is a chef and he prepared several meals for us that were absolutely delicious, using ingredients all from within 1km of the property. "Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

"This was exactly as described, Massimo was very engaging and informative, he told the history around the house and surroundings, the place is quaint and cozy, (especially the little wood stove), it was exhilarating to come home to after visiting busy, noisy Florence and Venice, climbing the windy little road was an experience in itself, if you love peace and quiet this is the place. We loved staying here for a month. ❤️"

"Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits und man ist ganz für sich. Entspannung pur. Der Service für den Pool war sehr sehr gut u hatte eine super Qualität. Die Zufahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung und nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das es Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gegeben hätte, da da doch allerlei Getier unterwegs ist. Tagsüber ruhig und nachts erwacht der Wald zum Leben. "

"The property manager, Tanya, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very well-equipped and furnished for a multi-week stay. It had comfortable beds and couches, a private outdoor terrace in the courtyard, and was stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies and extra bedding and linens.The wifi, heating, and water systems all worked well. The apartment is on a quiet street very close to the town center and a city gate. We highly recommend this apartment!"
