"Front desk clerk MARIA went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us during this stay. I booked this room for my husband and son last minute due to snow and dangerous travel conditions to come back home that evening after they got out of work in Los Alamos so I paid for this room with my card and their policy is to have the card present that room was purchsed with, so of course they did not have my card. Maria allowed my husband in the room and allowed him to get warm after shoveling snow since 4:30 AM and...

"The house was clean and well stocked with enough room to spread out. Location was close to town. The kids enjoyed the creek and we had a lot fun here. The host was great and reached out to see if we needed anything. Would recommend."

"We happened to be staying during a snow storm. The kivas were perfect. There was abundant firewood and owner even offered an extra night in case roads were hazardous. She was very attentive. Location and views were perfect. "

"First of all the owners are super nice and appreciate you renting their unit. The unit was very convenient to explore the area of Jemez Springs as there are not many options. This place is the perfect location to be close to the trails of Santa Fe National Forest, you can even walk to some right from the apartment. "Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. "We stayed here on a family road-trip through New Mexico, with family members ranging in age from 6 to 78, and this place was perfect for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, well-furnished, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed, and the host provided clear and easy instructions. We only wish would could have stayed longer - we all had a great time. I recommend this place to anyone, especially larger traveling groups, and would definitely stay here again."

"O hotel tem um estilo próprio. Os quartos são renovados e muito limpos. Ponto positivo para piso frio, que sempre ajuda os alérgicos que não podem dormir em quarto de carpete. Minha única dificuldade foi com o barulho, porque o teto era um pouco frágil: toda vez que os hóspedes de cima andavam, parecia que o teto ia cair. O café da manhã é muito bom! Os produtos de banheiro também muito bons, aroma delicioso. E a localização bem conveniente, perto inclusive de mercado. Recomendo. "

"Esse hotel é maravilhoso, tanto pelos quartos impecáveis como pela localização, beleza e bom gosto da decoração. Ótima cama, lençóis, cafeteira, piso aquecido no banheiro, lareira no quarto. Próximo aos pontos de interesse da cidade, que é uma joia. "
