"We stayed in a precious little white house in Waco & it was all we needed. Cute kitchen, 2 bedrooms,Keurig coffee maker, and comfy couch. We loved that it had a fenced in parking area which made us feel safe and an ice maker in the freezer. The King bed could use a mattress topper, since it is very firm, but other than that, loved this place! "

It was nice to go and do the touristy things during the day, and then return to a cozy cottage at night. The owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. You will be inspired by the decor and unique design choices. This house is the perfect respite after a full day of enjoying all Waco has to offer."

"A group of girlfriends and I did a ladies weekend of shopping and celebrating, using Charmaine’s property as our homey hub. We were less than ten minutes from great attractions and restaurants such as Magnolia, Bitty & Beau’s Coffee, Fabled Bookshop, Hecho en Waco, and Pivovar. The kitchen was the best feature of the house, accommodating our morning coffee chats and the cooking we did. The island is huge and there were eight of us. "Everything about it was pitch perfect. We loved staying in such a quiet and beautiful setting. It is still close enough to do anything in Waco. The property is walking distance to the Homestead Heritage and we were there during the sorghum festival. I’d definitely recommend checking it out. "
