"La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado o ventilador por lo que se debía abrir la mampara de vidrio y se generaba presencia de mosquitos durante la noche y picaban. Cerca a la propiedad hay jaurías de perros que ladran muy temprano y no permiten descansar bien."

"We had a great time at Rodolfo’s place in Mira Flores..Perfect location, close to the malacon and Larcomer. Everything you need is close by, shops, restaurants and you can walk everywhere .Rodolfo was incredibly nice to us, meeting us very early in the morning to let us in. The place is very comfortable as advertised.. Muchas Gracias "

"Funcionou bem. Boa localização, mas havia uma festa de casamento nas proximidades com música alta que incomodava no quarto. Decoração meio kitsch e quarto ficando antigo. Cheiro de fechado ou mofo. Café da manhã básico. Apesar de anunciado, não tinham bicicletas disponíveis."

"Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)"

"This was our second choices since our first apartment was not available on arrival. Mélanie was able to provide with our needs promptly with a second apartment close to the first one. The area was safe, walkable to grocery, restaurant etc. The doorman were friendly very helpful. "

"After months of having a reservation, I had red text stating that my reservations were not long enough and that I should cancel or change the reservation to a different date or extend my stay. Then when calling the location, they failed to answer for a while. We then text each other and by the time I knew they had a place for me I had already booked a place in town. I asked if I could get a partial refund and they declined. I'd avoid this property. "

"Amazing location with everything one could want within walking distance or a short taxi ride. The only thing I could complain about is the street noise at night, but after renting the AC the second night, everything was perfect. Super clean and everything looks new and we'll kept. Highly recommend and will return again."
