"Great place to sit and enjoy the waterfront view (birds, boats and dolphins), with an exceptional angle for seeing summer sunrises. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen well stocked with essential cooking tools. Lots of space inside to lounge and read when not enjoying the sights from the deck. We would come back for sure."

"We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great!!! I was thinking that the pool would be cold considering the indoor pool and one of the prior comments, but that was not the case. The pool was perfect. We live in Florida so I was delighted to be able to go into the pool and not be exposed to a ton of sun beating down on us. "Stay was excellent. The apartment was in almost new condition and included toaster, small coffee maker, washer / dryer, large closet. Some smalls stains on couch and chair, but insignificant. Screened in porch would have been great if we had time to use it. We did use the pool, which was warm and peaceful - as we had it all to our selves. "

"My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. "It's a beautiful place. We would have liked to have rented a pontoon boat but we were concerned about getting it in and our of Mason Creek. We highly recommend this property - we loved the screened in pool/outdoor kitchen right on the beautiful creek. Our family loved this place. "

"We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues...

"Hotel Adorável Quarto grande, limpo, bem agradável e tinha duas camas bem confortáveis. Nosso quarto ficava de frente então tinha uma bela vista da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção e ganhamos um vale para bebida de álcool e pequeno jantar. O café também foi bem satisfatório. Ah, tem de tudo bem pertinho, muitas opções de comércio e comida. Recomendo!"

The lady who organizes the breakfast (Ms. Emmy) is fantastic, hard-working, always smiling and attentive to everyone and at check-in, Ms. Madison, I must highlight the fast, efficient and attentive service to everyone who arrived and it really is a choice for the return to Gainsville,-FL. "The building is beautiful but overall the hotel needs urgently a huge renovation . Room very dated, carpets looking dirty and not smelling good. Breakfast average. Bed sheets and bath towels not good quality. For the price you can find a better hotel in the area. Not coming back again. "

"Passamos somente uma noite e foi bem desagradavel pois o quarto que nos instalaram não funcionava o ar condicionado e nem as lampadas. Nos trocaram de quarto e durante a noite havia um som irritante dentro do quarto, parecia um apito, não conseguimos dormir. Desconfiamos que fosse o sensor de fumaça que fazia esse barulho. Café da manhã fraco. Lamentavel minha experiencia nesse hotel."

"Terrible! Worst stay ever! They charged me three times. When I have complinied with the hotel they were rude and not helpfull. I did not autorize the charges and they did, even though I had informed and showed them that I had been charged already. I am still waiting for the rebursement. Breakfast is simple and poor. Rooms ok. I would not book the hotel again."
