"The room was spacious and looked comfortable. The sofa was full of stains, the bedspread was stained, the floor felt sticky to walk on. There was a hole torn in the sheer panel curtain. The mattress felt worn out as you immediately fell to the middle like rolling down a hill. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed. All you had to do was alked past and the drawers slid open. "Hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo ao shopping possibilita ir a pé, quarto bom tive só problema por ter reservado uma cama king size e não terem o quarto, mas me deram um quarto com duas camas de casal e no check out me pagaram a diferença."

"I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money. "

"Staff was nice and helpful. Room wasn’t as clean as I expected. I always choose a Courtyard Marriot and this room wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Stained carpet, stained curtains, shower needs work and room had fruit flies. "
