"Predio bem antigo, segundo o site + de 600 anos e ao andar pelo corredores o predio inteiro range. Acordei diversas vezes durante a noite qdo alguem cruzava os corredores. Cama bem barulhenta. O assoalho era todo irregular. "

"We received a warm welcome during our overnight stay. Hotel room was spotless but a little cold. Temperature couldn't be raised above a set point of 21°c and was quite cold when the heating went off during the night. We dined at the hotel which was good but again public areas were cold. It was bitterly cold but hey it's the winter and we'd expect public areas to be heated to a conformable level without the need for a coat. When we entered the bedroom there was a stench coming from the shower...

"Clean, service was excellent, staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Food was nice and similarly priced to other restaurants. Got a nice pint of Guinness. Room had everything that was expected inc iron and ironing board, trouser press. I don't recall a hairdryer but would be surprised if there wasn't one."

"Lovely clean hotel with excellent staff who were so friendly and helpful. Food was fabulous, portion sizes were huge and very reasonably priced."
