"This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

"If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. "

"Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch...

"We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. House is very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and books provided. Plenty of room to spread out a large group with the second living room upstairs and all the large porches. Really enjoyed the porches. Easy short walk to the boat dock. "

"We had a great time! Everything just as described. Very clean and super convenient with a boat. "

"Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs"

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"A cool little spot to stay when visiting the local amenities. It has the coolest wrap around porch! Owner was super friendly and communicated throughout the stay. Flanders Retreat also offers keyed, private access to the 3 Rivers Estates. Once you check in be sure to take a peak at the whiteboard and 3 ring binder for all the perks that come along with your stay. Conveniently located near major attractions.
