"L’hébergement est vraiment beau, avec une piscine offrant une superbe vue. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentif, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Vous pouvez même profiter de massages sur place, ce qui est un vrai plus. Cependant, la connexion Wi-Fi laisse à désirer : elle est très instable et plante fréquemment. De plus, l’eau chaude est souvent insuffisante, et il n’y a pas de restaurant à proximité, ce qui vous oblige à prendre la voiture ou le scooter pour chaque repas."

"The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. "

"I was really surprised by the same room condition as the picture. It was nice to be able to stay with the reservation in my eyes because I fell in love with the picture. The staff is kind, too. It's pretty and lovely) However, it was a little disappointing that there were old traces or stains on pillows and towels, and dust and hair all over the room. "O hotel é incrível e as piscinas e o Rock Bar são um show a parte! Staff muito atencioso e gentil. Infraestutura impecável, quarto bem espaçoso. Restaurantes com preços um pouco acima da média de outros resorts, mas bons! O sinal de celular e o Wi-Fi deixaram um pouco a desejar. E a água do quarto é quente. Não dá pra tomar banho frio. "
