"We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "

"ホテルは清潔に保たれています。スカイラウンジも24時間対応で食事できます。とても便利で味付けも日本とほぼ変わらなく大変美味しいです。値段もとても安くて安心して過ごすことが出来ます。難点は部屋に冷蔵庫が無い。貴重品を入れる金庫が無い。ドライヤーが無い事です。それを理解すれば快適に過ごせます。凄くいいホテルです。おススメです、わ"

"朝食は種類が多く満足です！ベッドもふかふか！ただ浴室でシャワーしてるにも関わらず床の排水溝から水があふれトイレ水浸しになりました。あと３泊4日で取ったのにも関わらず何故か泊まった次の日チェックアウトの電話がきたのでビックリしました！"
