"We had a lovely time at City on The Hill. We were looking for somewhere secluded with a view of nature. Our cabin at did not disappoint. We stayed at Grace and it was perfect for our long weekend needs. We bought groceries with us and were able to cook breakfast and a few meals. We had a hot plate with us but there was also one provided in the cabin. There is an outdoor grill on site for use which we didn't get to use simply due to time constraints. So many other amenities were provided...

"We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...

"Came up for along weekend for my husband’s birthday we truly enjoyed the beauty and quietness of this cabin . We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed our long walks. We went to the Rec Center one day and swam , we also played pool, ping pong, and air hockey we really worked up a sweat had so much fun"

"My aunt came to visit from Missouri and we took a drive to over to the Hill Country for a short visit from Houston. We loved the cabin! It was just right for us and so clean. Daniel, our host, came by the first morning to tell us about the river and how to access it. We took a very short drive across the road to see it on our way out to explore. It was beautiful! "Our stay in Cliffside was all that we could’ve hoped for with the exception of the gym no longer being a part of the experience, but I think everyone got their workouts in through hiking all through the property. Besides, who goes to a “getaway” to workout?! We spent our mornings playing in the rec room (which had so many different activities to choose from), hiking on and off the trails near the house, or sitting outside and relaxing peacefully. "In all everything was Good. Only issue was that the bathroom toilet doesn’t flush on the first time, had to flush 2 to 4 times to get it to go down.. and the back door was unlocked when I arrived. Other than those two issues, the place was Great and we enjoyed it! "

"The property is very nice. There was plenty of room for our group and it was very secluded in beautiful countryside. But there a few things that need to be addressed. The third gate to the property did not work and had to be left open the entire time we were there. Some horses came into the property and the kids could not be outside because they were aggressive..The kitchen sink sprayed the user with water when in use.The keurig coffee maker did not work , we had to bring the coffee maker out...

"What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the cool, refreshing pool, the abundance of birds and flowers and the many deer just sauntering by in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to the farmer's market, shopping, the brewery and restaurants. The entire place was very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting Kerrville again - Carol's Cottage is the perfect place to stay!"

"This is the cutest little apartment! The host is top notch!! Located on a lovely piece of property complete with farm animals to pet and a lovely little chapel with gorgeous passion flowers and vegetation. Loved this property! "

"Quaint little cottage on beautiful property, with shared pool and right across road from Guadalupe River. Loved the wallpapers and carved wooden furniture. Was great to have a comfy holiday home where our dog was welcome. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with lovely view of nature, or down in the dry creek, before the heat of the day got to us. Check-in was very simple, and we lacked nothing during the stay."
