"The lady at the checkin counter was wonderful. She had excellent customer service and was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though it was very busy I didn’t feel rushed. Our room had an amazing view and was clean. Although it’s an older hotel and felt haunted in some areas it’s kept up well. "My stay at the Harrison Spa Motel with my family exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable. What impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff (especially Mr. Leki). I highly recommend the Harrison Spa Motel and will certainly stay there again."

"The Nest at Bramblebank Cottages is an amazing place to stay. Cute and quiet. The hot tub inside the cottage is excellent. Super clean and warm. The host was amazing. She came quick to help with the procedures and everything was well put. Thank you to everyone at Bramblebank and we hope to see them soon."

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us! "

"Lovely, down to earth hosts. A beautiful property with lots of mature landscaping, open fields and big ol' trees. Truly a farm ambience with chickens, cats and dogs running around. A great place to just chill. We'll be back!"

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

"We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back. "

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip.
