"We had a very confortable and enjoyable stay in Hotel Abitare Namba West. The hotel is very new and clean. The washing machine, bothtub, toilet and the drying facility in the bath room are the highlights. The TV is a smart one. We were able to watch something together as a family. The staff was friendly too. The location is great too. Overall, we are happy with our stay. "

"We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room...

"上の階の足音は少し気になりましたが問題があるほどではありませんでした。車で行くと高速のすぐ近くなのでアクセスは良好です。帰りに市内を車で移動してから高速乗るのに中々難しかったので高速近くのありがたさがわかりました。コインパーキングを見つけるのに少し疲れましたが、1日で700円や900円パーキングも近隣にあり、24時までのスーパーも近隣にあり数日滞在するには最適です。難波までも歩いて行けます。北に行けば難波、南に行けば新世界とちょうどその真ん中なので、観光も楽しめました。大阪行く時は必ずリピートします。何よりも価格の安さが破格です。同じ価格で東京に泊まる事は難しいでしょう。"

"The place is nice. Room isn’t as big as I had hoped, pictures were a little misleading but all in all it was clean and well maintained. The biggest pitfall may be the inconvenience of having to walk at least 10-20 min just to get to a train or bus station. Also the red light district just to the right of the building(not very child friendly) but easily avoided so it wasn’t a problem at all. Staff responded to messages in a timely manner. "

"Great place to stay, cozy environment with spacious rooms. Walkable to Dotonburi and many stations around so transporation is convenient. Only downside for the Family Corner Room is that due to location of air-conditioning, some of the beds (e.g. lower bunk) may be warmer than expected."
