We spent 3 nights here and throughout the whole trip, the staff were friendly and kind, the food - especially the French dinner and the breakfast - was DELICIOUS, and we loved the overall feel of the hotel. "酒店免費泊車，但酒店門口沒有工作人員，隨便停泊在門口附近，可能是在山上，所以都沒有人管 酒店旅行團特多，無論甚麼時候經過大堂都很嘈吵 大堂有免費飲品吧、也有少量小食，有各類酒精，梅酒、清酒、洋酒和啤酒。 還有個火爐可讓大家休息取暖和聊天 但日間時間旅行團太多，根本無法找到位子 即使晚飯也是滿滿的人群，到第二天大批旅行團退房，酒店竟容許各旅行團霸佔了大堂各空間沙發擺放他們團友的行李， 即使有了空位，也無法坐下休息！ 對不是參加旅行團的住客造成了極大不便！ 酒店包早餐和晚餐，也是由於滿滿旅行團，沒有提早訂房時預約晚餐時間，只能被安排到晚餐結束前一小時才能進餐廳 由於是自助餐，每個食物都要排隊取餐，1小時用餐時間大都用上在排隊上！ 令人很失望。 但餐點口味不錯，而且有燒牛扒和燒蟹腳。 大浴池有2個，露天溫泉很不錯。 房間舒適，冷氣在冬天沒辦法調，調到5度也是暖氣，幸好窗戶能打開透透氣！"

"Ok, when we first arrived we were a little worried. The hotel is old and the room was a little tight with 4 sleeping mats on the floor BUT by the end of our 3 night stay we really enjoyed our stay. The onsen is lovely and that really made the stay, along with the staff who were eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included with lots of options and was quite good. We were here for a ski trip and this turned out to be a great location although a little further from Furano than expected (50...

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...
