"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
