"I had some minor broken things in my room which i photoed day one so they wouldn't charge me they didnt. There is no elevator so if you have a disability make sure you request a 1st floor room ahead of time. Overall it was decent fairly clean we were there a week and housekeeping only came once. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast was basic. The staff were friendly. I would book again."

"Arrived super late but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only really was passing through so don't feel like I was able to give it a fair review. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet."

"The cabin was nice. No complaints. After booking we found out an extra 25 per person, per day for the water park. We didn’t plan to use it so it was not a problem for our group but would have wanted to know in advance if that was our intention."

"Nice clean cabin and close to different hiking areas. We were able to check-in early and Jennifer communicated well with us. "

"Everything was great, house was very nice and had a great time with family. A little more lighting in living room with side table or standing lamps would be helpful in the evenings."
