La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi. "We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"Lovely little mezzanine apartment. Rob and Lynda were very welcoming and the apartment was cosy. The pool was beautiful and shared with the other two apartments and our hosts, but no one was ever there at the same time. Stunning views from the patio area. It is a 10 minute drive to the local village, Casoli, which I a lovely little town, so you can’t just walk to a local bar or restaurant, but you do have all the facilities to cook in the apartment if you so wish. 100% would stay agin!"

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt mit frischem Mozarella und Brot als Willkommen. Die Kommunikationnund der Checkin lief problemlos, obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen. Valogno ist ein kleines Künstlerdorf. Man kann an der Hauptstraße parken, die Straße zum Apartment befährt man als Nicht-Einheimischer besser nicht, es sei denn man...

"This home is at the very top of a mountain with scenic views all around. If you are willing to drive, you can visit many surrounding Italian mountain towns full of beauty and history. The people of the town two were friendly and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is there isn’t anywhere to eat so be prepared to travel to a surrounding location for dinner. Overall a great experience!"

"Very quiet, but very central location in the historic town center of Scanno. Nice, clean, cosy and still sufficiently spacious accommodation - everything available required for cooking and relaxing. Grocery stores, as well as hand-made cookie & noodle shops and many other shops just around the corner. Only instructions for waste disposal were not exactly comprehensive. We (family of 4) enjoyed staying in this house for two weeks, having a second home and a base for doing spectacular hiking...
