"The property had a great pool/spa area, pickle ball courts, and the beach was private and very relaxing. Our condo needed some tlc and more supplies in order to cook. The condo we stayed in had a nice little balcony with a small glimpse of the ocean the only downside was the constant loud noise coming from the adjacent property that was non-stop. Overall, it was a very relaxing and private getaway that was needed for a couples retreat."

"The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. "Great condo, new and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice to relax by. We walked to Cane Bat beach every day, the Landing's restaurant was a daily stop. With a rental car, the whole island is easy to get too within 25 min to anywhere you would want to drive. We will be back"

"The location of the condo was good and since we had a car, we got to see many parts of the island. cleanliness could have been better. Large windows on lagoon were hard to open, had no screens and condo air felt closed in even with fans. Pool and grounds were clean and people friendly. Bathrooms & kitchen were recently renovated and ok. We enjoyed our stay but the general feeling was a bit run down. Owner was available by phone when we had a problem and staff helped out with the issue. "

"The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car."

"Really nice property. Updated as described. Everything we needed was there. We rented a car and discovered that is a 100% necessity. This location is, in our opinion, the cleanest nicest part of the island. It is somewhat remote with a beautiful view from the balcony. Without a car you would be limited on activities but I wouldnt let that stop you from renting as the island is 30something miles long and lots to do along the way. Really enjoyed our stay. The people on this island are so amazing...

"Our family group of six LOVED our stay at the Carambola Villa! We had lots of space and enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. The house was fully stocked and the owners were easily the best we have ever worked with. Jared gave us so many tips before and during the trip, set up a Christmas tree for our family, and even took some family pictures with amazing views in the background. "What a wonderful first visit to St. Croix! The condo is exactly as listed. It was so clean on arrival and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was AMAZING!! We equated it to looking out from a verandah on a cruise ship. The water is that close! One morning we spotted 2 stingrays in the waves!The location of the condo complex was very central on the island and convenient to the airport, grocery stores, and all activities we wanted to do. We also felt very safe there.The communication...

"We booked and paid for 2 months at Estate Garden Rock in St. Croix. The evening of our second day, I had an unexpected heart attack and was taken by ambulance to the hospital and flown to Puerto Rico for care.
