"The house wasn't in perfect condition, but it was well furnished and we had no huge problems during our stay. We couldn't key in the door unlock code, so we had to wait for the host to call back, and explain where the key was hidden. The 2 kayaks were nice, but we could only find one paddle. The steps down to the beach were rickety, but not dangerous. The deck furniture was comfortable, and we enjoyed having plentiful bedrooms and showers. "

"This place had so many issues. The toilets didn’t work properly, only the upstairs bathroom flushes. So if you think you can have more than 5 people to this property - please be aware! The host put up an ad with a bunkie, which was on our arrival locked up cause the toilet apparently flooded everything and we were short of beds. The garage has the worst smell. It smells moldy. "We had such a fantastic stay at Jason's Luxury Lakefront Property. Jason was gracious enough to let us rent the house to host our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. "Remote and quiet. Great for getting away from everything. The beach was 5 minutes away, and we had it to ourselves. The outdoor space was well thought out, and the bunkie was a nice hang out space, even if you don't need it for sleeping space. Only downside, and nothing the owners can control, is sulfur well water. The owners provide a filter, which helps, but consider bringing some drinking water. "
