"This hotel is a little hard to find so communicate with your driver that it's in an alley. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and although there aren't many amenities included, there was so much to do around that I did not mind. My complaint is the cleanliness, as the included slippers smelled awful when we checked in and we had to replace it. The bathroom, which has an unusual lack of door/curtain, also has the tendency to accumulate a stench over time. "

Ótima localização e atendimento primoroso

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a vários locais legais para comer, inclusive os indicados pelo Michelan. Tem um rooftop muito agradável! Ótimo café da manhã. O quarto é bem confortável e tudo muito limpo. O grande diferencial é a equipe! São muito atenciosos, eficientes, gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar! Sem dúvida, voltarei! "

"The hotel, very nice and clean, the staff super friendly and attentive, always willing to help you, they speak English. The excellent room, large comfortable, with heating, spacious bathroom. close to attractions, like the lake, puppet theater, night market, i walked everywhere even to hochiminh museum, which is far away, but if you have time you can walk. I highly recommend it. I would stay again. rich a la carte breakfast, with seasonal fruits, juices and coffee or tea."

"My stay was excellent! The hotel is located very near the church and the lake, in a very nice region. The room was very clean and smart. It catered for all my needs. Breakfast was outstanding. The juices were very good and the omelette delicious. The capuccinos were so good that I couldn’t help drinking three. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. And there is also a very good spa downstairs. In my next visit to Hanoi I will stay there again."
