"This is a great property in the middle of prime hunting land. The house is new and the host was great."

"We really enjoyed our time in this home. It was only the 2 of us and our two small dogs so it was perfect for us. We were surprised that it didn't have closets but certainly not a big deal at all. Lots of condiments in kitchen and pots and pans to use as we make all our meals at our home. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the nice patio on the deck. The neighbors were so nice, we loved our time there!"

"Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!!"

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows. "This was our 2nd stay at the Slice of Heaven property and it did not disappoint! The home was clean, well stocked, and as comfortable as the 1st visit. A winter storm came through during this visit and the property manager informed us that a snow removal service and ice melt were available if we needed them. We didn’t have to worry about anything - our stay was perfect!"

"I've traveled to Algona before and stayed in the hotels, which were nice, but this stay was my favorite so far. The home is close to everything in town. It has a very charming feel and very comfortable to hang out with family. The host is very proactive and helpful with anything you need. The house is well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. "We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms"

"My husband and I were visiting for work. My husband works remote-the Wi-Fi was very strong. The kitchen had everything, fully equipped. This is a very comfortable farmhouse The host was very attentive. Thank you for hosting us."
