"This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. "Loved everything about it!!! My only complaint was that the pool is only 2ft deep…literally. At least it was working and clean though…And in February. 😊 Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that wasn’t great was our bathroom was dirty. Sink and counter were covered in hair when we checked into the room. Not a huge deal but makes it questionable if they cleaned after the last person checked out. "
