"Y'all, when I say the property looks just like the photos, it absolutely does. It was so beautifully quite. The beds were comfortable. It was gorgeous at night on the lit balcony. If you being right on the lake for a great price, this is the spot. I will definitely bring going back. So happy I found this place "

"A group of teachers stayed here during a conference. It was easy to get to, very clean, and loved the lake sunrises! Owners were great to work with the whole time. "

"The photos of the view off the deck don’t give the house justice it deserves. It’s truly stunning. You feel like you’re over the water. We were there over new years with another family and friends. The game room was a huge plus . Their house manager wasn’t the kindest to us upon checking in. Once we arrived we found there was a leak in the ceiling in the boat bunk room. Didn’t have the best response from the house manager. However we contacted the host/owner and they were very willing to...

"The property manager was great! We had a car breakdown on the way out and he offered us an additional night stay if we wanted it to accommodate. He communicated regularly which was nice. The property was nice and set back nicely in the trees! The house is retro but has a great Lake feel to it. I love all the windows on the lake side, loved the deck - our favorite - and the upstairs master was fantastic with great lake views in the morning! The amenities were good - thanks for having a fan...

"Just a great property for a big family. Tons of space, endless beds and bathrooms, great gathering spaces. Was very clean and a really nice place to stay. Perfect for large families, family reunions, etc. highly recommend!!!!"

"This was our second time staying here...great location, clean and inviting home. We got snowed in and took in the sites of a winter wonderland on the property. Great communication with the hosts and we enjoyed our stay as usual."

"The resort is very nice. Our cabin’s upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night ( it was in the mid 90s on two days we were there); may require separate units for upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved the pools and fishing off the dock. We had an incident with teenagers who weren’t supposed to be at the pool. But management handled that. The restaurant/bar food was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The property was just as described, if you’re looking for relaxation you will find it here. Very peaceful setting where the property is located. Beautiful views from the two decks. Highly recommend this property. The owners are very nice people."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Birdshack. There was plenty of room for our group of 20, lots of comfortable seating in 3 different living spaces.There was plenty of room for dining, too. Most bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds. The big pantry closet in the kitchen was great for all are food. The grandkids enjoyed all the games, including the pool table .The walk to the water on the sidewalk is a bit steep but doable if you take it slow. "This house is outstanding. When you walk in to that gorgeous lake view you feel instantly at peace! We rented the house for a retreat and it had the most gorgeous lighting throughout for photos and all of our guests loved their beds. It also had this awesome stereo throughout the whole house. We loved listening to music everywhere. Owner was great to work with and I’d come back in a heartbeat! "
