"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely...

"A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes."

"Well appointed, cosy apartment in London Colney. I stayed on my own, which was fine, however with two people it would have been a bit too cosy! I noted there was a shared kitchen facility although I had no need to use this. I had a few small niggles with the apartment (e.g. no nightstands, no bedside light, ill-fitting toilet seat, no terrestrial tv) however these were minor and overall I enjoyed staying here. Also reasonably good value for money, given the price of hotels in the area."

"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"I’m generally never give bad reviews and could have overlooked that this place was not clean, rotten food in the fridge, broken curtains on the floor, terrible communication with the owner while trying to find our way to the door (FYI, second floor), Then I had to ask for the key code. What put me over the edge giving such a negative review is the fact I had to climb out of a window because we were trapped in the house as the front door would not open from the inside. We only need to stay here...

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"Die Unterkunft war ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in London. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund war auch willkommen. Die Bahnstation war ebenfalls in Fußnähe und eine Fahrt in die Stadt hinein dauerte ca. 25 Minuten. Ein Park zum spazieren gehen gab es ebenfalls in 5 Minuten fußnähe, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war ebenfalls ausreichend und alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
