"The stay we had at Atlantica Caldera Palace was amazing. The hotel itself was not far from paradise!! The staff were great and there were lots of places around the hotel complex to relax. There rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. We would definitely return. "

"Really lovely building & environment & the room was lovely & very clean The shower had very good pressure but too small & cramped and I kept knocking the lever by accident which either changed the temperature or switched it off. On arrival there was sparkling wine left, delicious pistachio cake & two nectarines left. Nespresso machine with very nice strong coffee but you only got 2 pods free (so one coffee each) each day, not the most generous. Free water left in the room every day though and...

We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...

"Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels....

"Beautiful hotel, sunning decorations and facilities. The private beach with clear blue waters and it's beach bar is just perfect, with enough sun beds and showers to cleanse after sea bathing. Lovely variety of restaurants with wonderfull food and different ambiences. Good food choice at the main buffet, including Cretan dishes, but be aware of the extras you pay even in all included regime. The staff is overall very nice and attentive and you can get tours, car rental and activities at the...

"Propriedade de frente para o mar, não são as praias mais belas com água azul e pedras brancas. Pelo contrário, tinha muitas algas mortas na areia que a equipe do hotel poderia limpar. No último dia o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente. O café da manhã não tem bebidas a disposição, ou seja, não tem variedades de bebidas quentes e sucos. Pelo nível do hotel poderia ter itens para usar na banheira como sais de banho e espuma. A equipe maravilhosa e muito atenciosa. Chegamos muito tarde e recebemos...

"Out of this world - hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Pure relaxation and heaven on earth. Much needed R&R for our mini moon having just celebrated our wedding in Santorini. "Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"
