"A very welcoming stay to a beautiful Edwardian colonial-style house with plenty of original features such as staircase and rich wooden doors and panelling. Well heated and comfortable room and, essential for any good hotel stay, a nice hot shower! Simple but plentiful breakfast and very convenient off-street parking."

"We found Stoco Lake Lodge very last minute. We were pleasantly surprised. The redort was clean quiet with excetional staff. Oaklys pub at the redort has good food and a great patio. The beach was awesome with nice sand. Will definitely return and recomend this resort. The price was great as well. "

"Annette and Al welcomed us upon our arrival, and we couldn't overlook their adorable little dog, Ginger. Annette showed us to our room, which was so cozy and lovely. Al gave us offerings for breakfast the next morning. This property is truly a gem. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for strolling through the beautiful gardens, where the flowers are simply gorgeous. "A fun hostel with lots of character! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the property had lots of charm. Bear in mind, it is a hostel, not a hotel; if you aren't used to staying in a hostel, this is not the place for you. Local breakfast places are incredible. We would stay here again."

"Host are very acomidating. House was clean. They supplied everything you need for your stay, just bring your own food. Price was very reasonably, less then the local motels, with 3 times the space. It's an older small town house, not fancy but very comfortable. We will definatly contact them for our next ATV trip to tweed"
