"We stayed there for two nights to attend a concert at the Ruoff Music Center. We were less than 10 minutes from the event.The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay and extremely clean. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any messages. Great overall experience with this property! Will definitely stay here for future events!"

"Check-in was easy, especially because Nicholas, the property owner was at the property. Kitchen area was spacious and clean. This was advertised as a “bedroom suite in a shared house”, which was entirely accurate. The bedroom suite included a nice bedroom with queen bed, a small anteroom, a large bathroom with two sinks , a big shower, and two very large walk-in closets. The suite had a key lock plus deadbolt. The “shared house” part was just that. There were other residents there, most or all...

"Five buddies got together for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A little pricey, but that’s what we expected for the Indy 500 weekend."

"Online listing was accurate, the Host were very prompt in giving us the information we needed for the property. The neighborhood is quiet, everything was set up inside. Zach the host is very nice when communicating with him answers any questions in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing us to be your guests."
