"This small cozy cottage was just what my husband and I needed for our stay in Beaufort. Neighborhood was lovely and home is located within 2 miles of downtown. Enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out back. Utilized the park pass for the beach. We look forward to a future stay."

"Beaufort, South Carolina is like a little Florida town. Right on the water, amazing people and amazing sites. If you are going to visit Paris Island, stay in Beaufort. Although when we stayed, the town was shut down because of ice and snow. The purple house that we stayed at, was amazing. Center of town, cozy little home. We will be staying here again."

"We went to see our son graduate Marine Boot Camp and it was that perfect location about 6miles from Parris Island!! It a great location for us….the beds were not that great but served the slepping purpose and cleanliness was not great either….spider webs and if I may recommend that maybe a listing of local restaurants I know Google is available but a pare listing would have been nice Overall communication with host was great!! "

"Good location. Bathrooms were clean. Upholstery, bed skirts, rugs, blinds, baseboards, window ledges and windows were not clean at all.Kitchen drawers not clean.We had to wash blankets.The owner was nice, however, this house needs a good deep clean. "

"Southern charm greets you from the moment you drive up. Our stay was wonderful, Stephanie and Palo did a fantastic job with the property, preserving the old and adding modern charm. The cottage is equipped with everything we needed and more. Love the backyard atmosphere- great place to kick back after a day exploring downtown. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again soon. "

"Sunshine Cottage is a wonderful place to stay from the decor, location and amenities to the cozy look & feel of each room. Our family stayed the week of Christmas and I was able to cook and bake like I do in my home kitchen. Easy parking in front and loved having Hulu, Max, Peacock and Paramount channels on the TV."
