"This hotel is located in Van Cao, Hai Phong, so it is convenient for Korean. The overall condition of the hotel, including cleanliness, was satisfied but, the cafe on 1st floor was remodeled during I stayed, so it was very noisy in the day."

"Located above a coffee shop, this apartment was a nice size for a backpacking couple. There are no elevators, so be ready to climb some stairs. Our room came with everything we needed for our stay. There are tons of shopping areas around and the entire area is very walkable to local views like the lake. I would recommend staying here."

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. "This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam. "

"My stay was excellent! The hotel is located very near the church and the lake, in a very nice region. The room was very clean and smart. It catered for all my needs. Breakfast was outstanding. The juices were very good and the omelette delicious. The capuccinos were so good that I couldn’t help drinking three. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. And there is also a very good spa downstairs. In my next visit to Hanoi I will stay there again."
